How To Make Wheat Paste?

Wheat paste is easy to make, isn’t expensive and toxic. It is good for pasting posters and to make paper-mache crafts. This is pretty basic stuff if you have this ingredients at home:

  1. 750 ml of water
  2. 3 spoons of flour
  3. saucepan

Let’s cook the glue!

First, boil the water for 10 minutes and add 3 spoons of flour. Mix and stir it very well. The texture must be smooth. Next get it cool and… it’s ready to use but remember don’t leave more than 2 days, it starts stink. If you want to store longer, put to fridge.

How To Paste Artwork?

In this part of work you will need:

  1. poster
  2. paste
  3. brush
  4. place
  5. FUN!

First, using brush start pasting place you are going to stick the artwork. Next paste poster carefully because paper may get ripped. When poster is sticked add another layer of glue upon artwork. Done! Now it’s very sticky! Remember if you don’t want to have trouble forgot pasting artwork on another people property: walls, fences, gates etc.
